Returns & Refunds

 

I want you to love your purchase! If you are not happy with your item(s), please reach out to me at Zonarosa.co@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. I will be happy to assist you with your return however, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item. 

***Please note: I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item was received in a different condition in which it was originally sent. All return items will need to be in their original packaging and must be unworn. Earrings that have been worn will not be eligible for a return due to hygiene reasons.***

 

Shipping

 

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed. Once your order is ready to ship, I will provide you with a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select during check out. Please keep in mind holidays when placing and waiting for your items.

I know life happens so, if for any reason, your package is lost, contact the shipping company you selected during check out and reach out to me at Zonarosa.co@gmail.com.
